  • onion - 2 pieces.

  • cream - 100 milliliters;
  • milk - 100 milliliters;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • hard cheese - 50 grams;
  • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

  1. Wash, peel and boil potatoes until cooked. Salt a little. When ready, drain the water and mash it with egg and butter. Then add flour and knead the dough.
  2. Take a baking dish and line the bottom with the dough. Place the dough pan in the freezer for half an hour.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Dice the bell pepper and fry with the addition of vegetable oil. Fry onions and meat until ready (you can take any). Salt, pepper.
  4. Take out the form with the dough and put the fried onions with meat and bell pepper.
  5. Preparing the fill. Mix cream with milk, drive eggs into it and put a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste. Mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste. And pour the cake with the finished filling.
  6. Set the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake for 45 minutes. 15 minutes before readying, sprinkle the cake with grated cheese and chopped pieces of tomatoes.
