Spring came, opening the season of fresh vegetables and fragrant greens, so I propose to cook an incredibly tasty salad with cabbage and green peas. Special ingredients for its creation are not required: all products are in the refrigerator of every housewife. Cooking a vegetable salad with eggs and peas does not take much time: a maximum of 15 minutes. A very beautiful dish of cabbage will be an adornment of any (even festive) table. A delicate and fragrant vegetable salad will not leave anyone indifferent: I recommend preparing it immediately.
- 300 grams of white cabbage;
- three chicken eggs;
- 100 grams of canned green peas;
- 150 grams of fresh cucumbers (about 1 medium-sized cucumber);
- 1 bunch of greens (onion, dill or parsley);
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (may be replaced with sour cream or vegetable oil);
- salt to taste.

- Finely chopped white cabbage with a knife finely chopped (you can use a special nozzle on a grater or shredder).
- Tip. In order for the cabbage in the salad to be juicier and softer, you need to salt the chopped cabbage a little and mash it with your hands: until the juice is empty.
- My fresh cucumber and cut into thin (short) straws.
- Fresh herbs (I use both green onions and dill together) finely chopped with a knife.
- Tip. To prepare the salad, you can use any greens of your choice.
- Hard-boiled and chilled eggs are peeled and cut into medium-sized cubes.
- Drain the liquid from canned green peas.
- In a deep bowl we combine all the ingredients: put the cabbage, fresh cucumbers, green peas, chopped eggs and greens.
- Dress the coleslaw with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly, try. If necessary, add salt (can be seasoned with black pepper).

- On a serving dish, we install a ring from a detachable shape (I have a diameter of 16 centimeters).
- We put in the form a salad of cabbage and green peas, ramming with a spoon.
- We remove the ring, decorate the vegetable salad with greens and slices of fresh tomatoes.
