Ingredients:

  • Champignons - 500 grams;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • bay leaf - 2 pieces;
  • black pepper peas - 10 pieces;
  • sweet peas - 2 pieces;
  • vegetable oil 10 milliliters;
  • a pinch of ground coriander.

Step by step recipe for pickled instant mushrooms

  1. Rinse mushrooms, cut into large pieces, if small - you can not cut at all.
  2. It is necessary to put the mushrooms in a preheated but dry frying pan, stirring all the time, and evaporate them a little for 5 minutes.
  3. Make a marinade for mushrooms: combine vegetable oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, bay leaf, black peas and allspice. Mix everything well.
  4. Add our marinade to the mushrooms in a pan, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Put hot mushrooms in a marinade in a jar. Add garlic and chopped onion on top. Mushrooms must be infused for at least 8 hours until fully cooked. It is better to leave them overnight in the refrigerator.
