  • kefir - 1 cup;
  • flour - 600 grams;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;

For filling:

  • rice - 200 grams;
  • chicken liver - half a kilogram;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • Lavrushka - 2 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

  1. Pour kefir into a deep cup, add soda.
  2. Pour salt, sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix everything with a mixer.
  3. Add the flour. Knead the dough. Do not make the dough too cool. The dough should be soft.
  4. While our dough is resting, prepare the filling. To do this, boil rice in salted water.
  5. We clean the liver and stew until cooked. Salt, pepper, also put a lavrushka. When all the fluid from the liver has evaporated, let it fry a little.
  6. We chop the onions in half rings and cook together with the liver.
  7. Mix rice with liver.
  8. We roll out the dough, lay out the finished filling and sculpt the pies.
  9. Fry pies on both sides.
