  1. Cabbage head is divided into small twigs. It is washed and lowered into a deep container with boiling water. Put to languish for four minutes.
  2. We take out the boiled cabbage and set aside to cool.
  3. Rub carrots on a special grater to the state of straw.
  4. Marinade is being prepared. All components are mixed and boiled for up to three minutes.
  5. Combine carrots with cabbage, sprinkle with spices. Fill with hot marinade.
