- champignons - 1 kilogram;
- carrot - 1 piece;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 3 pieces;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil - 100 grams;
- vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon;
- salt, sugar and pepper to taste.

- Cut champignons and boil in water from the moment of boiling for 5-7 minutes.
- Then put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse with cold water.
- Peel the carrots and cut into half rings, onions, too, cut into half rings. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil a little, I think, about 8-10 minutes will be enough.
- Cut the pepper into strips.
- Mix mushrooms with prepared vegetables. Add to them vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic squeezed through the garlic, mix everything and put in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
