Ingredients:

  • pita - 2 pieces;
  • boiled chicken - 300-400 grams:
  • greens - a large bunch;
  • cheese - 200 grams;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • salt to taste;
  • butter - for frying.

  1. First, prepare the filling. Cut the chicken into small cubes, grate the cheese, finely chop the greens, beat one egg, add salt and mix everything.
  2. Cut the pita bread into 4 parts (although it all depends on the size of your pita bread, divide it so that you can fold it into an envelope).
  3. Put the filling on the pita bread and turn it off with an envelope.
  4. Put a little oil on the preheated pan and fry the envelopes on both sides until golden brown.

It turns out a very crispy dough, and inside the chicken, cream cheese and fresh herbs.
