- flour - 5 tablespoons;

- Small zucchini should be peeled and grated with large holes.

- Tip. For this dish, it is better to take chicken meat: firstly, it is tender and lean; secondly, it is preparing quickly.
- Rub the peeled onion on a grater with small holes: as for potato pancakes - or grind in a blender.
- Stir the minced chicken with onions, salt and pepper our filling for lazy whites.
- Now we are preparing the lazy fritters of zucchini ourselves. To do this, pour vegetable oil into the pan. When it warms up well, spread the squash dough with a tablespoon and gently spread.
- Immediately in the middle of each circle we spread the minced chicken: that is, the filling for our whites.
- On top of the minced meat, lay out another thin layer of squash dough. Layers must be thin so that everything is well-fried.
- When the bottom of the stuffed zucchini is well fried, turn them over and cover. Under the lid, they should be cooked for 3-4 minutes over moderate heat.
- We take out the fritters from the zucchini and pat it with a towel to get rid of excess fat.
- Serve hot zucchini stuffed with meat on the table: you can pour sour cream or prepare the sauce.
