For those who fasting these days, and for everyone else: this simple fast-food lean salad is just a godsend! I will share with you how I found this delicious lean salad. The other day, matches just unexpectedly ended, yes, I shook the box, but a miracle did not happen. Going to the store is reluctant to dress, and I looked in to a neighbor. And on her kitchen table in a beautiful salad bowl I found a multi-colored, rainbow freshly prepared simple lean salad. I was surprised - such a meat-eater did not see the light! “Yes, dear, I am fasting now: after all, the mind is cleared into fasting, lightness appears in the body, and the soul just soars! Have you not noticed? ”

Arriving home, of course, I prepared this instant salad: all the more so since I had products, though a little more than a prescription, but it was very tasty anyway! And it’s great that there is a “I like to cook” site where you can share such simple, wonderful recipes!

Ingredients:

  • 180 grams of canned corn;
  • half of sweet Bulgarian red pepper - it will give brightness to our healthy tasty salad;
  • 100 grams of canned olives or olives;
  • 40 - 50 grams of pickled ginger;
  • 50 grams of fresh herbs - chives, dill and parsley;
  • one medium fresh cucumber;
  • olive or pumpkin oil: of course, you can just sunflower, which is available.

  1. We take a jar of canned corn, open it, pour the marinade and spread the corn in a beautiful salad bowl.

I love Bonduelle corn, although it contains 340 or 440 grams, but it is so tasty and sweet that you can and a little more, it doesn’t matter: a neighbor at the dacha grows Bonduelle and the taste of a freshly-made cob is simply excellent;

  1. With our sweet Bulgarian pepper, cut it, remove the seeds and cut it first into narrow strips, then we cut these strips across and put it into a salad bowl for corn.
  2. We take a jar of canned olives or olives, open it, pour the marinade and cut each olive or olive into four parts lengthwise, and then crosswise and put it in the same salad bowl on a layer of pepper.

Again, in my store there are often jars of 300 grams: but consider the weight and volume of the marinade - and if you really like olives, their quantity and taste will delight you.

  1. Take pickled ginger, cut it thinly along the cutting board and then across, as thin as possible, on a cutting board and put it in a salad bowl.

This product will give our lean salad with corn the necessary pungency and will become a highlight.

And I recalled another recipe - my mother often cooked this tasty salad in the post, it contains beans, and it goes well with corn and contains protein, which is very useful.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of boiled red beans
  • 250 grams of canned corn
  • 1 bell pepper sweet Bulgarian red or orange;
  • 1 long fresh cucumber;
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • 2 salt spoons of vegetable oil.

  4. We take a cucumber, my, if desired, you can peel it, on a cutting board we cut the cucumber first along into narrow strips, then crosswise, thinly, and put it in a salad bowl.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
  6. Salt the salad.
  7. Add vegetable oil to the salad and mix thoroughly.
  8. Now you can try and enjoy the great taste.
