Liver mini cakes

Chicken liver brings many benefits to our body. As you know, she is very satisfying and nutritious. Liver mini cakes have excellent taste and take a minimum of time to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of chicken liver;
  • bulb;
  • one egg;
  • two tablespoons of oatmeal;
  • 50 milliliters of milk;
  • a pinch of ground black pepper;
  • salt to taste.

Interlayer:

  • one boiled egg;
  • clove of garlic;
  • mayonnaise.

Liver mini cakes. Step by step recipe

  1. Pass the chicken liver through a meat grinder.
  2. Rub the onion on the finest grater.
  3. Beat the egg.
  4. Mix milk at room temperature with the egg.
  5. We combine the components in the following order: liver, onion, milk-egg mixture, flour and spices to taste. Mix well. The mixture is ready to fry.
  6. Pass the garlic through the garlic press.
  7. Finely chop the egg.
  8. For the filling, mix the egg with garlic and season with mayonnaise.
  9. In a heated frying pan, bake liver pancakes of the same shape on both sides, until fully cooked.
  10. We form small cakes, grease each layer with egg-garlic mixture.
