Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 1 kilogram;
  • onion - 3 pieces;
  • carrots - 2 pieces;
  • eggs - 5 pieces;
  • flour - 6 tablespoons;
  • mayonnaise - 100 grams;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • cooking oil for frying.

  1. Wash and pass the liver through a meat grinder. Also peel onions and carrots. Pass two onions through a meat grinder together with a liver. Add eggs, flour and spices. Mix well.
  2. Grate the carrots, finely chop the rest of the onion. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
  3. Also, fry pancakes from the liver in vegetable oil until cooked on both sides. Get 6-8 pancakes.
  4. Form a cake, greasing each layer with mayonnaise and evenly distribute the fried onions and carrots on top.
