Liver pie is a very popular guest on the table with many housewives. Previously, no holiday took place in our house without such a dish, but now such a tradition is somehow forgotten. Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 1 kilogram;
- onion - 3 pieces;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- eggs - 5 pieces;
- flour - 6 tablespoons;
- mayonnaise - 100 grams;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- cooking oil for frying.

- Wash and pass the liver through a meat grinder. Also peel onions and carrots. Pass two onions through a meat grinder together with a liver. Add eggs, flour and spices. Mix well.
- Grate the carrots, finely chop the rest of the onion. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
- Also, fry pancakes from the liver in vegetable oil until cooked on both sides. Get 6-8 pancakes.
- Form a cake, greasing each layer with mayonnaise and evenly distribute the fried onions and carrots on top.
