Liver salad - on the festive table was the biggest success

This liver salad may not be new, and you have cooked it at home many times, but I changed the recipe a bit by adding soy sauce to it. The salad became simply amazing, at the festive table it was especially popular among men. The liver is so tender, aromatic, and a fried egg with onions only complement its bright taste.


  • liver - 200-300 grams;
  • a large onion - 2-3 pieces;
  • egg - 4 pieces;
  • soy sauce, mayonnaise for dressing.

Liver Salad Step by step recipe

  1. Soak the liver in milk or water for 30 minutes. Then dry with a dry cloth.
  2. Cut the liver into small pieces and fry in refined vegetable oil.
  3. Onion, sliced ​​in half rings, put in a pan and fry in vegetable oil. Add soy sauce to the onion while frying.
  4. Put the onion in a bowl, and add the oil in which it was fried.
  5. Fry the eggs in a pan on both sides, then cut into thin strips.
  6. Mix everything, if necessary - salt, pepper and add a little mayonnaise.
