Pickled Mushrooms: A Quick Recipe

I don’t know how anyone, but I just love pickled mushrooms: a quick recipe for making them is just a godsend. And not a single feast in my family is complete without this tasty and spicy snack. And so you can cook absolutely all the mushrooms - even ceps. This quick recipe will help every housewife to cook funky pickled mushrooms. Well, if you already have mushrooms, then let's get down to business.

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 600 grams;
  • vinegar - 60 milliliters;
  • sunflower oil - 120 milliliters (a whole glass);
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar - 2 teaspoons;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • bay leaves - 2-3 pieces;
  • peppercorns - 10-15 pieces.

  1. We take a large pot, pour sunflower oil into it, add salt, sugar, bay leaves, peppercorns and vinegar. We put on fire and mix with a spoon. This is necessary so that the salt and sugar dissolve and become a homogeneous mass in our future marinade.
  2. While our marinade for boiling mushrooms boils quickly, we prepare the mushrooms.

Be sure to rinse them under running water to remove any residual soil in which they grew.

  1. Cut clean mushrooms into four parts and dip in boiling marinade. Add garlic to them, which must be crushed through a press. As such, it will give our mushrooms more flavor.
  2. Once again, we mix everything with a spoon, give the resulting marinade to completely cover our mushrooms and wait ... exactly 5-7 minutes. This is the time during which pickled mushrooms are cooked in a quick way.
  3. Seven minutes have passed, our champignons are ready in Korean. Now we shift them into clean jars, not forgetting to pour hot marinade so that the mushrooms become even tastier. The resulting mushrooms are sent to the refrigerator for four hours, after covering the banks with lids.

That's all: we shift the pickled champignons into a salad bowl and serve. If desired, they can be sprinkled with fresh herbs. With "Very tasty" it is very easy and simple to cook at home.
