Marinated dessert from zucchini with lemon and dried apricots, the recipe of which was once heard by me, I no longer remember in which program. But this dessert does not disappear in our family, I all love it very much. Zucchini in this recipe, only complement, as if absorb and are filled with the aroma and taste of dried apricots and lemon. It turns out very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 1.5 kilograms;
  • sugar - 1 kilogram;
  • dried apricots - 300 grams;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • vanilla at will.

Step-by-step recipe for marinated zucchini dessert with lemon and dried apricots

  1. Zucchini is good to clean and remove the seeds in them. Cut peeled zucchini into cups.
  2. Zucchini should be filled with sugar, and let stand an hour.
  3. Lemon and dried apricots need to be smoked in a meat grinder.
  4. Zucchini shift in a pan and boil them for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Add the resulting mixture of dried apricots and lemon and cook for another 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add a pinch of vanilla.
  6. Place our hot dessert in clean, sterilized jars and roll it up. Let it cool in the air.

Marinated zucchini dessert with lemon and dried apricots is served with tea with pancakes, a bun, and it can also be used to make cakes and various desserts.
