- hot peppers - 2 pieces;
- bell pepper - 2 kilograms;
- garlic - 200 grams;
- vinegar 9% - 1 cup;
- sugar - 1 glass;
- sunflower oil - 1 liter (maybe less, but for filling we need a glass, and the rest for frying).

- Clean the eggplants, cut into long strips. If the eggplants are very large, cut the stripes in half. Add salt well, leave for 2 hours.
- After the specified time, rinse the eggplant with water, squeezing it well.
- Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil on both sides.
- Prepare a kind of marinade, for this, chop sweet and hot peppers with a meat grinder, you also need to chop the garlic, mix everything and add sugar, salt, vinegar and a glass of sunflower oil.
- Place eggplant in half-liter sterilized jars, pouring them with the resulting marinade.
- Place the eggplant jars in the pan for further sterilization. To do this, lay a towel on the bottom of the pan, place the jars and pour water on your finger below the neck of the jars. From the moment of boiling water, sterilize the eggplant jars for 40 minutes.
