  • onion - 4 pieces;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • flour - 1.5 cups;

  1. Onions need to be peeled and grated, can be chopped very finely. Add the sifted flour to the chopped onion, beat the eggs and add a little semolina. Salt, pepper and mix well.
  2. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and fry the cakes on both sides until cooked. Add the onion mixture with a spoon.
