  • apple - 1 piece;
  • boiled potatoes - 1 piece;
  • boiled beets - 1 piece;
  • prunes - 80 grams;
  • onions - half;
  • sauerkraut - 150 grams;

  • greens - to taste;
  • spices and salt - optional;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.

Original lean salad. Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the vegetables and put them to boil.
  2. While the potatoes and beets are boiled, wash the apple, peel it and cut into cubes.
  3. Prune cut into strips.
  4. Peel boiled vegetables and also cut into cubes.
  5. Peel the onion and cut the half into pieces.

Attention: all products must be in different bowls before we all mix in one container. All so that some of the products does not let the juice and does not spoil the whole taste.

  1. Add onions, prunes, garlic to the deep bowl in turn.

Chop the garlic very finely.
