  • Beijing cabbage - head of cabbage;

  1. All veins, fat are removed from the meat, it is cleaned of the skin. Cut into equal pieces.

  3. Cucumbers are cut into small pieces. Mixed with salad and Beijing cabbage, put pieces of meat.
