  1. Wash cucumbers and all greens well. Soak cucumbers in water for about 4-5 hours.
  2. Place celery, dill umbrellas, bay leaves, cloves, peas and allspice, peeled garlic cloves, and a slice of hot pepper on the bottom of the sterilized jars.
  3. Then tightly lay the cucumbers, having previously cut off their tips.
  4. Pour boiling water over the cucumbers, cover with a lid and you can even wrap a little blanket over it.
  5. After 20 minutes, drain the water into the pan, boil it and pour the cucumbers again.
  6. After 20 minutes, drain the water back. While the water in the pan is boiling, add salt, sugar and essence directly to the jar.
  7. Pour boiling water a third time. Roll up and cover with a warm blanket until it cools.
  8. Such cucumbers can be stored at room temperature.
