  • flour - 200 grams;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • egg yolk - 1 piece;
  • soda - 1/4 teaspoon;
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • cold water - 2 tablespoons.


  • boiled eggs - 5 pieces;
  • a large bunch of green onions;
  • processed cheese - 2 pieces.


  • eggs - 4 pieces;
  • milk or cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt, paprika to taste.

  1. Let's start with a shortcrust pastry. Add salt, soda to the flour, mix.
  2. Put cold, sliced ​​butter, and grind with your hands.
  3. Add the yolk, cold water and knead quickly.
  4. We collect the dough in a lump, wrap it with foil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Cooking the filling: finely chop a large bunch of green onions.
  6. We cut the eggs into cubes and combine with the onion.
  7. We take out the dough, roll it into a thin layer and lay it out in a mold. We prick with a fork.
  8. We spread grated cream cheese and a mixture of eggs and onions on the dough.
  9. Beat 4 eggs, salt, paprika (optional) and 2 tablespoons of milk in a bowl.
  10. Pour our pie with this mixture.
  11. We bake a cake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
