Step by step recipe for borscht "Success":

  1. Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder, beets and carrots grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Dice the onion.
  3. Chop the cabbage, as you usually do for borsch, peel the seeds and cut into thin strips.
  4. Finely chop the greens, and squeeze the garlic through the garlic.
  5. Put tomatoes, beets, carrots and onions in a pan, add oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
