  • long-grain rice - 0.5 cups;
  • chicken fillet - 2 pieces;
  • carrots - 2 pieces;
  • cucumber - 2 pieces;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • mayonnaise;
  • lettuce;
  • dill.

Puff Chamomile Field Salad. Step by step recipe

  1. Boil the rice until cooked in salted water.
  2. Grate the carrots on a grater, fry it in vegetable oil.
  3. Boil eggs, fillet too.
  4. Lay the salad in layers: lettuce leaves torn into slices, the second layer is boiled rice, the third layer is boiled fillet, finely chopped, the fourth layer is chopped onion finely, the fifth layer is fried carrot, the sixth layer is finely chopped cucumber.
  5. Grease all layers with mayonnaise.
  6. From above make daisies from eggs - petals - thinly cut egg whites, middle - yolk, grated on a fine grater.
  7. We use dill for decoration.
