  • sugar - 600 grams;
  • citric acid - 2.5 teaspoons.

Step by step recipe for pumpkin juice at home

  1. In a 5 liter pan, cut the peeled pumpkin into slices, you can cubes, it doesn’t matter, to half the pan.
  2. Pour in water so that it only covers the pumpkin.
  3. Boil the pumpkin until soft, then pour water to the top, put sugar and citric acid.
  4. When the mass boils, beat everything with a blender.
  5. Bring pumpkin juice to a boil again, and pour into prepared sterilized jars, roll up.
