Ingredients:
- Cabbage - one big head of cabbage;
- sweet bell pepper - 5 pieces;
- a bunch of parsley.
For marinade:
- Water - 250 milliliters;
- sugar - 100 grams;
- salt - 2 tablespoons;
- vinegar 9% - 100 milliliters;
- vegetable oil - 70 grams.
Step by step recipe for pickled cabbage with bell pepper
- Chop the cabbage into strips.
- Peel the seeds and cut into small strips.
- Grind parsley, mix cabbage, pepper and parsley together.
- Prepare the marinade from the listed ingredients, boil. Only vinegar and vegetable oil, add when boiling, and immediately turn off.
- Pour the prepared cabbage with hot marinade. Let it brew for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, pickled cabbage is ready! Store it in a jar in the refrigerator.
