Step by step recipe for pickled cabbage with bell pepper

  1. Chop the cabbage into strips.
  2. Peel the seeds and cut into small strips.
  3. Grind parsley, mix cabbage, pepper and parsley together.
  4. Prepare the marinade from the listed ingredients, boil. Only vinegar and vegetable oil, add when boiling, and immediately turn off.
  5. Pour the prepared cabbage with hot marinade. Let it brew for 2 hours.
  6. After 2 hours, pickled cabbage is ready! Store it in a jar in the refrigerator.
