Raspberry Jam “Sweet Tenderness”

Raspberry jam - awesome, aromatic, tasty and healthy! In this jam, raspberry berries acquire some special structure, they become transparent like a glass, and not as we used to see raspberry jam - a homogeneous mass.

Ingredients:

  • Raspberries - 1 kilogram;
  • sugar - 1 kilogram;
  • water - 1 cup.

A step-by-step recipe for raspberry jam for the winter

  1. It is believed that when making raspberry jam, you need to wash it, but before you cook raspberry jam according to this recipe, be sure to rinse it by placing the berries in a sieve.
  2. A few hours before cooking, pour the berries with half the sugar intended for jam. Prepare syrup from water and remaining sugar, boil.
  3. Place the prepared berries in boiling syrup and cook for about 30 minutes on low heat, remove the foam, do not stir the jam with a spoon, and shake and remove the jam from the heat and leave for 12 hours.
  4. After aging, cook the jam over low heat until the berries become glassy and transparent. Put chilled jam in clean, dry jars, close with plastic lids and store in a cool place.
