  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • water - 400 milliliters;

  • salt and spices to taste.

Roast in a slow cooker. Step by step recipe

  1. Dice the meat into 2 centimeters.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small slices.
  3. Grate the carrots.
  4. Finely chop the onion and celery with a knife.
  5. Pass the garlic through the garlic press.
  6. In the multicooker bowl, put the meat, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, paprika, sprinkle with salt and spices to taste, pour water and mix well.
  7. Put potatoes upstairs. No need to mix.
  8. We close the multicooker bowl and put on the Quenching program for an hour. Cook until the end of the program.
