  • oatmeal - 50 grams;
  • almonds and bran - 25 grams each;
  • coconut flakes - 25 grams;
  • brown sugar - 20 grams;

  • maple syrup - 2 tablespoons;
  • raisins - 45 grams.

  1. Wash raisins and dry.
