I want to share with you a cool recipe: how to quickly and easily cook a tempting appetizing salad with cottage cheese and vegetables.   • one bunch of radishes;
  • green onions - 5-6 pieces;
  • egg - 1-2 pieces;
  • cottage cheese - 1-2 tablespoons;

  1. To prepare a vegetable salad, thoroughly wash the radish and cut into thin circles (cut into circles, if small, but, and if you have large, then you can cut any shape).
  2. Then we clean the green onions according to the recipe, wash and finely chop.
  3. Two chicken eggs are boiled in salted water. Peel the cooled eggs and finely chop (if you use homemade eggs for the salad, then it is a beautiful yellowish color).
  4. My fresh dill is chopped and finely chopped (I like it when there is a lot of dill in the salad: it seems to me that it tastes better).

We proceed to the assembly of a vegetable salad. For this we need a salad bowl. I believe that the dishes in which you serve salad to the table should look beautiful: then the dish is tastier.

  1. In a beautiful glass salad bowl we transfer chopped radish, onions, boiled eggs, chopped dill, add a couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese (if there are large slices of cottage cheese, you need to knead them and use homemade cottage cheese for salad), salt to taste.
  2. In a separate small bowl we combine a couple of spoons of sour cream and mayonnaise and mix. The salad dressing is ready.
  3. Add the finished dressing to the salad bowl and mix well.

I seasoned the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise, but you can season with just one thing - something that is closer to your taste. And I would also like to add that if you use mayonnaise dressing for salad, then salt it after you dress it so that the dish does not turn out to be salted.

Cottage cheese gives a salad of fresh vegetables fullness, density and viscosity. The amount of ingredients depends on what portion you want to cook. But if you like some vegetable more, then add it to the salad a little more. As you have already seen, the salad is very easy to prepare and it turns out exactly the same as in the photo.
