Step-by-step recipe for cucumbers with peas for the winter

  1. Boil green peas in water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Soak cucumbers for 3-4 hours in cold water, then rinse well.
  3. Place the cucumbers and peas in a liter jar, to the bottom of which drop 2 cloves of garlic, and a dill umbrella. Pour boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes, then drain into the sink.
  4. Pour boiling water again, let it stand for 5 minutes a second time.
  5. Pour the water into the pan, add salt, sugar, vinegar, vinegar, spices, bring to a boil. Pour the peas and roll the lids.
  6. Turn over and wrap in a blanket. Let stand until completely cooled.
