  • 2 chicken breasts;
  • 2 chicken thighs;

  • 1 tablespoon of carrots;
  • 1 red onion;

  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 250 grams of natural yogurt;
  • 1-2 pinch of salt;
  • 1 large pita bread

  1. We remove the bones from the chicken breast. We do the same with chicken thighs.
  2. Chicken meat is cut into thin slices. The finer you chop it, the better it will be fried.
  3. Put the hips in a bag and beat off with a hammer to make the meat thin.
  4. All meat is poured with vegetable oil.
  5. Sprinkle the meat with spices: hot and black pepper, hops-suneli. Salt can be added to taste.
  6. Mix the meat with spices.
  7. Cover the meat and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  8. We chop Chinese cabbage into leaves and chop finely. Instead, you can take lettuce leaves.
  9. Salt the cabbage a little and knead it with your hands so that it starts up the juice.
  10. Raw carrots can be grated. Or peeler remove a thin layer and chop it with a knife.
  11. Cut pickled cucumbers into thin rings.
