Simple and delicious chicken salad

Ingredients:
- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- egg whites - 8 pieces;
- chicken fillet - 200-250 grams;
- cottage cheese (fat-free) - 200 grams;
- kefir (fat-free) - 75-100 milliliters;
- dill leaves - 1 small bunch;
- lettuce;
- ground black pepper, salt to taste;
- vegetable oil for greasing the pan.

- Break two chicken eggs into a deep bowl.
- Then add eight proteins: you must first separate the yolks from the proteins.

- Mix everything well with a spoon (do not beat) and salt to your liking.
- Now we need to bake three pancakes from this egg mixture.
- Lubricate the pan a little with vegetable oil, warm it well.
- We divide our mixture into three parts and bake on medium heat, in turn, three pancakes. We fry pancakes on one side only.
- We lay the finished egg pancakes on three different plates (so that they do not stick together).
- While the pancakes cool, we will prepare the filling.
- Finely chopped chicken fillet in salted water.
- Tip: so that cooking this delicious chicken salad does not take much time, I advise you to boil the chicken fillet in the evening. Thus, you will save time on its preparation on the day of serving.
- Fat-free cottage cheese is kneaded in a deep bowl with a fork and add 75-100 milliliters of fat-free kefir to it. The mass should be homogeneous.
- Finely chop a small bunch of dill and pour it into the curd mass. Mix well.
- If desired, the curd mass can be slightly salted.
- Now we start assembling our salad.
- At the bottom of the dish lay out the first pancake.
- On top of it lay half the chopped chicken.
- Spread half of the curd mass on top of the fillet and spread it well with a spoon.
- Then lay the lettuce on the curd mass. They must be washed well under running water and dried with a paper towel. If you don't have (or don't like) lettuce leaves at home, you can replace them with chopped green onions. So it will be delicious too.

- Put the last (third) pancake on the top and decorate with finely chopped dill.
