When you need to set up a buffet table: for example, for a corporate event at work - I propose to cook simple and tasty snacks. We prepare tartlets from puff pastry - it is crispy, very light and tender. And you can fill it with any filling: for example, fragrant juicy mushrooms that are surrounded by a gentle sour cream sauce. The pleasant aromatic taste of cold appetizers on the festive table adds garlic.

Ingredients:

  • champignon mushrooms - 175 grams;
  • puff pastry, yeast-free (frozen) - 175 grams;
  • butter - 25 grams;
  • sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
  • onions - 0.5 pieces;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • ground black pepper to taste;
  • egg - for lubrication.

Simple and tasty snacks. Step by step recipe

  1. Puff pastry needs to be thawed if you use a purchased frozen dough: or cook it yourself. You can find the recipe for making puff pastry on our website.
  2. Champignon mushrooms should be washed well. If the mushrooms are slightly overripe, you need to remove the top skin from the hat and peel it under the hat. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.
  3. Tip. It is better to choose champignons of white color, medium size, tight and elastic to the touch - these are freshly cut mushrooms that are well suited for cooking. Such mushrooms can even be eaten raw.
  4. Thawed dough, to prepare a cold snack on the festive table, you need to roll it into a layer up to five millimeters thick. And cut circles with a diameter of 10 centimeters. From the set amount of finished dough in the composition, 4 circles are obtained.
  5. We spread our circles of puff pastry on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, at a small distance from each other.
  6. With shapes whose diameter is smaller (for example, five centimeters), we make a recess in the blanks for cold snacks on the festive table - but not the hole.
  7. Slightly grease the edges of a large circle with a scrambled egg and send to a well-heated oven (200-220 degrees) for 15 minutes.
  8. Half the onions are peeled and finely chopped into cubes.
  9. In a preheated pan, pour a little vegetable oil, add a spoonful of butter and shift the onions for sautéing.
  10. When the onion reaches the state of "transparency", put mushrooms on it.
  11. Slightly add salt to our puff pastry filling. Season with black ground pepper.
  12. Add finely chopped garlic clove.
  13. When the mushrooms begin to fry, we introduce sour cream into the filling. Mix everything and simmer a little more.
  14. Ready baked circles need to be removed from the oven and cool.
  15. Use your fingers to push the inner circle to form a "plate".
  16. The finished tartlet must be filled with mushroom filling.
  17. Before serving, you can decorate simple snacks from puff pastry with finely chopped onion greens. Serve can be chilled.
