Fish is always present at my holiday table, but every time I try to surprise guests and cook it in different ways. This time I had waffle cakes and herring in my arsenal, and I thought, why not combine these two products in one snack cake with herring? - wafer cakes - 120 grams;
- herring - 1 piece;
- champignon mushrooms - 400 grams;
- onion - 3 pieces;
- carrots - 3 pieces;
- mayonnaise - 240 grams;
- Russian cheese - 120 grams;
- parsley - 50 grams.

- Separate herring fillet and remove the seeds.
- Grind the peeled fillet with one onion in a blender.

- Cover with a third crust and lay out half the carrots. Grease with mayonnaise.
- Then lay out in the same sequence: herring, then mushrooms, grease the carrots on top with mayonnaise and cover with grated cheese.
- Refrigerate for overnight soaking.
