  • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • flour - 3 cups;
  • margarine - 250 grams;
  • sour cream - 250 grams;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • soda - 0.5 teaspoon to repay with vinegar.

For filling:

  • sour cream - 250 grams;
  • mayonnaise - 400 grams;
  • canned food in oil - 1 can (you can boiled fish);
  • egg - 4 pieces;
  • processed cheese - 2 packs of 100 grams.

Snack cake. Step by step recipe

  1. Knead the dough: chop the margarine with flour with a knife, add sour cream, sugar, soda, salt and knead the dough. Divide it into 4 parts and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Then roll the cakes 0.5 cm thick and bake in the oven. They will turn out as layered, so when you put on a baking sheet, make a few punctures with a fork.
  3. Now we begin to collect the cake, lubricating the cakes on both sides. Make a sauce for crusting cakes: 5 tablespoons of sour cream + 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  4. On the first cake we put the canned food, which we pre-mash with a fork.
  5. On the second cake - 2 processed cheese. And grate the egg, add garlic and mayonnaise.
  6. On the third cake - 3 eggs grate on a coarse grater, add green onions and mayonnaise.
  7. Cover with the fourth cake, put under the press for 2 hours.
  8. Then sprinkle crust cake mixed with hard cheese, sprinkle on top of the cake.
