Before serving the main dishes, I really want to surprise guests and loved ones with special snacks. But at the same time, the snack should remain light and not interrupt the appetite. We have such a recipe - we cook stuffed tomatoes with chicken.
- tomatoes - 7 pieces;
- chicken breast fillet - 1 piece;
- canned corn - 0.5 cans;
- 1 sweet bell pepper;
- 1 medium onion;
- hard cheese - 100 grams.

- Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden brown. Add finely chopped bell pepper to the onion and continue to fry everything.
- Rinse the chicken, dry it with a paper towel. Cut into small cubes and add to the onion and pepper. Also add the corn, mix everything and simmer until tender.
- Gently cut the middle of the tomato, but leave the flesh on the walls. Fill the tomatoes with the filling, grate the cheese on top and send to the oven preheated to 200 C for 15 minutes.
