  • tomatoes - 1 kilogram;

  • dill - 300 grams;
  • parsley - 300 grams;
  • salt - 80 grams.

  1. Grate the carrots. Finely chop everything else into strips or cubes, as you wish.
  2. Add salt, mix thoroughly, put in jars, cork and store in a cool place.
