Sour tomatoes - a recipe from a notebook

Simple dish
This recipe for pickled tomato I got from my girlfriend. She is a lover of growing different varieties of tomatoes, and has hundreds of recipes for canning and pickling. When I first tried pickled tomatoes for the winter, I became their fan forever. Now this recipe takes its rightful place in my notebook.
Ingredients:
- Water - 6 liters;
- vinegar - 0.5 cups;
- salt - 1 cup;
- sweet pepper - 6 pods;
- hot pepper - 1 pod;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- garlic - 3 heads;
- horseradish - leaves;
- aspirin - 6 tablets (1 tablet per 1 liter of water).
Step by step recipe for pickled tomatoes for the winter
- Pepper clear of seeds, mince.
- Peel the garlic, squeeze through the garlic.
- Place tomatoes in a prepared container.
- Mix water, pepper, garlic, mustard, vinegar, salt and aspirin.
- Pour the mixture of tomatoes on top of the horseradish leaves and lay oppression. Put in a cold place.
- Sour tomatoes can be tasted in a week, and will be completely ready in 3-4 weeks.
Sour tomatoes are an excellent side dish for potatoes, meat, poultry. They turn out sharp, juicy and moderately pungent.
