Spicy pickled plums

Marinated spicy plums as a snack, very spicy and aromatic. One minus is they are stored under a plastic lid in the refrigerator. But still, they do not stand for a long time with us. Only some holiday, no cream on the table and no jars for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

In two jars of 0.5 liter:

  • Hungarian plums with dense pulp - 1 kilogram;
  • water 750 milliliters;
  • sugar - 250 grams;
  • apple cider vinegar - 250 milliliters;
  • cloves - 4-5 pieces;
  • cinnamon to taste;
  • some green tarragon.

Step-by-step recipe for pickling pickled spicy

  1. Wash the plums, chop with a toothpick in several places, put in a jar. At the bottom of the cans, first put some tarragon greens.
  2. Dissolve sugar in boiling water, then add vinegar and spices, let it boil and pour into a jar with plums.
  3. After that, cover the jar with a lid and leave it overnight.
  4. The next day, pour the marinade into the pan, bring to a boil, and boil with the lid closed for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Pour the plums with hot marinade, let the plums cool, and when they cool, close them with plastic lids and refrigerate. Plums will be ready in 2-3 days.

Spicy pickled plums are always a great appetizer, and most importantly original!
