  2. Next, you need to boil the syrup from water and sugar. Cook the syrup for no more than 10 minutes, just make sure that it is not white.
  3. Pour with hot syrup, let the strawberries brew, cover with a lid. Strawberries should give juice. Gently strain the strawberries, throwing it on a sieve. The resulting juice should be boiled for about 5 minutes, and then pour the strawberries over with the resulting syrup, leave to infuse until completely cooled
  4. Filter the strawberries again, and bring the syrup to a boil. We perform such manipulations with strawberries three times.
  5. In the end, we lay out the whole strawberries in sterile jars, and pour boiling syrup, roll up the lids, leave to cool, wrapped in a blanket.
