An excellent salad of zucchini according to the Italian recipe has a very delicate taste: it can be served with any meat dish. - one kilogram of young zucchini;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;

- My young zucchini, remove the tails and cut into 3 mm thick mugs.
- Dry with a paper towel.
- Pour a lot of vegetable oil into a deep pan, heat well and spread the zucchini. We will fry them almost deep-fried: until golden brown on both sides.
- We cover the bowl with paper towels, remove the zucchini from the oil with a slotted spoon, put it on the towel.
- Then we shift the zucchini into a deep transparent salad bowl (I have a rectangular shape), salt to taste.
- Cut the cloves of garlic into large pieces (do not spare the garlic, you can add 5 cloves to the salad if you wish), put it on the zucchini.
- Wash leaves of mint, chop and send to a salad bowl (do not spare mint, either, the more it is, the brighter the taste of the finished dish).
- We fill the salad with a large amount of oil and balsamic vinegar: it should be marinated in a mixture of this liquid.
- Mix everything, cover with cling film, put in the refrigerator and let it marinate a little.
- Ready zucchini salad can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
