  1. We spread cottage cheese of any fat content in a rather deep bowl and chop it with a fork.
  2. Drive fresh chicken eggs into the curd. Pour in the butter, which was previously melted in the microwave. Add sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl we put sugar, vanillin, semolina, baking powder, salt and mix well with a spoon.
  4. Pour the dry mixture into the cottage cheese. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes: it is necessary that the semolina is swollen.
  5. We lubricate round silicone molds with vegetable oil (it is convenient to do this with a silicone brush).
  6. We spread the dough into molds, leaving a little space: the dough will still rise.
  7. Put the forms on a baking sheet, send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
