A very satisfying pie with incredibly juicy meat filling, thin pastry and crispy crust is an incredibly delicious homemade dish. Fragrant bell pepper and dried paprika give the cake a special taste.   • butter - 30 grams;
  • ground beef - 600 grams;
  • salt to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 7-9 tablespoons;
  • dried sweet paprika - 2-3 teaspoons;
  • parsley - 30 grams;
  • blue onion - 3 pieces;
  • hot chili pepper - 1 piece;
  • ground black pepper to taste;
  • whole grain flour - 1 kilogram;
  • water - 250-300 milliliters;
  • sweet bell pepper - 2 pieces;
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling;
  • yolk - 1 piece.

Tasty puff pie with meat. Step by step recipe

  1. Cooking the dough for a delicious mince pie. To do this, sift the flour through a sieve in order to enrich it with oxygen. We make a slide: we pour half a teaspoon of salt into it and gradually pour in cold water, kneading the dough. It should be resilient, detach from the palms, consistently be a little softer than dumplings.
  2. We continue to knead on the surface of the table, gradually adding flour. Round the kneaded dough, put in a bowl and cover. The dough should rest for about half an hour.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the meat filling for the pie. Put butter in a hot pan and pour a few tablespoons of vegetable.
  4. We clean the onion from the husk, wash it and cut into small cubes.
  5. Tip. To prepare this dish, you can use any kind of onion that you like. I like the blue bow.
  6. Hot pepper, cut the tails and cut into small cubes.
  7. Tip. If you like a spicy dish, then you do not need to remove the grains from the pepper: they add extra sharpness.
  8. Rinse sweet peppers and peel stems and seeds. Cut into small cubes: about half a centimeter.
  9. Minced meat (of any kind: I like ground beef) spread on well-heated oil and spread over the entire surface of the pan.
  10. When the moisture evaporates and the minced meat for the cake is a little gilded, add chopped onion to the beef.
  11. When the onion becomes transparent, transfer the paprika and hot pepper into the pan.
  12. Season with dried paprika, black pepper and salt well.
  13. Stuffing for our puff pastry pie with minced meat until tender and turn off.
  14. In the prepared minced meat, fried with vegetables, add washed, well-dried and finely chopped parsley.
  15. We divide the dough into nine equal parts, each of which is rounded and rolled into a pancake: up to half a centimeter thick.
  16. We grease a round dish or tray with vegetable oil and put dough cake on it, then grease the dough again with oil. We perform the same procedure with all pieces of dough, leave for ten minutes.
  17. We spread the dough on a dry surface of a table or a wooden board and gently stretch it so that it does not tear. But at the same time it stretched evenly and had an equally thin thickness.
  18. When the dough for the pie with meat and vegetables becomes very thin and transparent, then it is ready for further action. Namely: we spread the filling on a thin layer of dough - more precisely, sprinkle the dough with slices of minced meat and vegetables.
  19. We turn the dough into a not very dense roll.
  20. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put our meat pie on a baking sheet. You can do this in the form of a snail or in a zigzag: as you like best.
  21. We do the same with the whole test, filling the entire surface of the pan.
  22. Beat the yolk a little and grease the surface of the pie with it, sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
  23. We send the cake to be baked in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
