- Cut the chilled butter into small cubes and pour into a bowl of flour. We rub everything well with our hands in crumbs.
- Then we add one yolk, chilled water (these are approximately two tablespoons) and quickly knead shortbread dough with our hands.
- We round the dough, put it in a plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
