Ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram of champignons (it is impossible to replace with other mushrooms, they are pickled differently);
  • 400 milliliters of water;
  • 100 grams of vinegar;
  • 1 tablespoon of salt;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 10 pieces of pepper peas;
  • 3-4 bay leaves;
  • 4-5 cloves;
  • 1 bell pepper (preferably red or yellow);
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic.

  1. For pickling, choose the smallest mushrooms champignons. Gently rinse them and cut only the bottom of the leg (you do not need to remove the legs and clean the hats).
  2. My bell pepper, remove the seeds and the stalk, cut into small cubes.
  3. We put the pan on the fire, pour in it all the liquid ingredients (according to the recipe).
  4. Add sugar, salt and all the spices (they give the aroma to the marinade), chopped bell pepper. We do not add garlic at this stage.
  5. Bring the brine to a boil and pour the mushrooms. At first they will not be completely covered with liquid: it should be so - then champignons will let the juice in and the liquid will increase.
  6. As soon as the mushrooms boil, we send the garlic cloves, sliced ​​into slices, into the marinade. Let it boil for another 5 minutes under a closed lid.
  7. We transfer the hot pickled mushrooms into a sterilized liter jar. We close the mushrooms with an ordinary lid, you do not need to roll them up - they are stored for so long: 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator.
