The fastest pita pastry
A very practical recipe: a minimum of effort and products and an excellent result - the fastest pita pies. Pies with onions and eggs are extremely tasty and crispy. I really like this recipe: no need to knead the dough, roll it out - the pies are prepared in 10 minutes. I wrapped the filling in thin pita bread - and awesomely delicious pies for breakfast for the whole family are ready. By the way, the filling can be absolutely anything: according to your desire and possibilities.
Ingredients:
- two sheets of thin pita bread;
- 8 chicken eggs;
- one egg for greasing pies;
- a bunch of green onions;
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- salt to taste;
- vegetable oil for greasing a baking sheet.
The fastest pita pies. Step by step recipe
- Pre-boil the eggs (to a steep state), cool in cold water and peel.
- We rub hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
- A bunch of green onions, shake off excess water, finely chop. Send chopped onions in a bowl with eggs.
- Mix the salt to taste, add mayonnaise (according to the recipe), mix.

- The filling is removed so far.
- We cut the sheet of thin pita bread into 4 parts (it is better to buy pita bread of a rectangular shape).
- We put about 2 tablespoons of egg and onion to each square.

- From the second sheet of pita bread we make pies in the same way.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
- Beat the chicken egg until smooth with a fork.
- We spread pies from pita bread on a baking sheet, grease with a brush a beaten chicken egg.
- We send the pan to the oven, heated to 200 degrees.
- Bake pies from pita bread with onions and eggs for 10-15 minutes.
We take out quick pies from the oven, put it on a dish and invite everyone to drink tea.
