  1. The first thing we will do is chop Chinese cabbage. Always rinse it with water before cutting to wash off all dust. If desired, you can remove several upper leaves, as they can be a little dry.
  2. At the Beijing cabbage we cut the stem and divide it into four parts. Grind each part with a knife: but not finely, with medium strips. We need to transfer the chopped cabbage into a bowl, preferably of a large volume, so that later on the salad is easier to mix.
  3. Washed and dried dill finely chop with a knife.
  4. Next we need to chop the crab sticks with you. If you bought them frozen, then defrost them before starting to cook the salad. But I do not recommend buying such sticks: after defrosting, they will lose their juiciness. It is best to use chilled crab sticks. Be sure to pay attention to the implementation time of the crab sticks: we only need fresh ones.
  5. So, we cut the crab sticks obliquely. In this form, they will look more spectacular in the salad. Put a few things aside, for further decoration.

  8. When the avocado is already cut, turn it several times in a clockwise direction: this is the best way to remove the stone. Using a teaspoon of avocado, remove all the flesh. Try to do this very carefully so that the skin is not damaged.
