My family just loves the most delicious chicken salad with Korean carrots: try it and you will like it. Chicken, eggs and cheese make the salad very satisfying. Kiwi and apple give the dish a sweet and sour flavor, Korean carrots add pungency. And if all together, it turns out a salad with a delicate and slightly piquant pleasant taste: it is not difficult to prepare such a salad, and it is eaten very quickly.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of chicken;
  • one kiwi;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • one apple;
  • 150 grams of hard cheese;
  • 150 grams of Korean carrots;
  • mayonnaise to taste.

  1. We will prepare all the products for the salad, we will lay them out in different plates.
  2. Boil chicken fillet in salt water, adding a bay leaf, until cooked. We take out the cooked fillet, cool, cut into small cubes.
  3. Tip. I use the broth in which the chicken was cooked to make soups.
  4. Cook chicken eggs in salt water 10 minutes after boiling (we need hard boiled). We drain the water, fill it with cold, cool.
  5. After the eggs have cooled, we clear them of the shell, separate the proteins from the yolks.
  6. We rub separately on a grater: proteins - on a large, and yolks - on a small.
  7. We grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Korean carrots (without juice) need to be cut into small pieces.

  10. Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices.
  11. It is better to collect the salad in a deep transparent salad bowl, in layers.
  12. We spread the chopped chicken fillet with the first layer, grease it with mayonnaise, level it with a spatula.
  13. Spread half a kiwi with the second layer, coat with a little mayonnaise.
  14. Next, we send the eggs of the chicken eggs to the salad bowl, we coat.
  15. Peel the apple and rub it on a coarse grater, put it on the squirrels. Level and grease with mayonnaise.
  16. The next layer will be grated cheese, mayonnaise.
  17. We spread the carrots in Korean style on the cheese;
  18. The last layer is grated yolks.
  19. We decorate the salad with slices of kiwi, sprigs of parsley and make a flower of Korean carrots (see the video for the recipe).
