Ingredients:

For a salad recipe with tuna and cabbage:

  • young cabbage - 1 small head;
  • a couple of yellow tomatoes of medium size (you can use others);
  • 1 can of canned tuna in vegetable oil;
  • hard cheese - 100 grams;
  • greens - onions and dill (to your taste);
  • homemade mayonnaise - a couple of tablespoons (you can add more and less);
  • lemon juice (teaspoon);
  • salt and pepper (to taste).

For a second salad recipe:

  • young cabbage - 1 small head;
  • medium-sized fresh cucumber - 2 pieces;
  • celery - 1 petiole;
  • 150 grams of frozen green peas;
  • greens - to taste (dill, parsley and onions);
  • pickled cucumber - 1 piece;
  • a couple of tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • a teaspoon of lemon juice;
  • sugar, salt and pepper (to taste).

On a salad with cabbage and tomatoes:

  • young cabbage - 1 small head;
  • tomatoes - 3 medium things;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • 1-2 medium paprika (red bell pepper);
  • radish - 200 grams (you can add more or less);
  • fresh herbs (to taste);
  • Dijon mustard (or any other) - a tablespoon (you can use more);
  • lemon juice - to taste;
  • a couple of tablespoons of oil (you can use any, I prefer avocado oil);
  • salt, sugar and pepper - to taste.

You can change the amount of ingredients in all salad recipes at your discretion, this will not affect the taste.

Salad with cabbage and tuna. Step by step recipe

  1. Shred the cabbage in very thin slices, pour into a working container.
  2. We take canned food in oil (I have tuna in the recipe, but you can use other fish) and parse the fillet into small pieces. If there are bones, then remove them. After add to the cabbage.
  3. Rinse the tomatoes well and cut into small pieces, pour into a bowl of cabbage.
  4. Chop green onions in small circles and send after the tomatoes. Grind a little dill and also add to the cabbage.
  5. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, pour into a salad bowl. To add flavor to the taste, I use several types of cheese: then cabbage salads begin to play with new colors.
  6. Let's make a gas station now. For this salad, it is better to use mayonnaise dressing, then it turns out tastier and more tender. We take mayonnaise, add salt to taste, add lemon juice and season with pepper, mix well. Then we send it to a container with cabbage and other products.

Salad with cabbage and celery. Step by step recipe

  1. Shred the cabbage very finely, pour it into the working container.
  2. We take a fresh cucumber, and rub it on a coarse grater, then pour it into the cabbage.
  3. Cut the celery stalk together with the leaves into small pieces and pour them out after the cucumbers.
  4. Next we send green peas to the container. It is best to use frozen peas for this salad, rather than canned peas.
  5. Now let's start preparing the dressing. Rub the pickled cucumber on a fine grater and pour it into a separate container.
  6. Squeeze garlic using a special device and add to the pickled cucumber.
  7. Salt and season with pepper, add lemon juice and a little sugar. Pour in a small amount of oil (I use olive, but you can use any other). Mix to a homogeneous consistency and add to the salad.
  8. Cut fresh herbs into small pieces, pour into a salad bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Delicious cabbage salad with onions and peas is ready.

Cabbage salad with mustard. Step by step recipe

  1. Cut the cabbage into small strips and pour into a working container.
  2. Then we take the tomatoes, rinse them well, cut into small pieces and add to the cabbage.
  3. We take the carrots, peel it and grate it on a coarse grater, then chop the bell pepper in small cubes. Pour the cut into a container with coleslaw and mustard.
  4. Then we take the radish, wash it, cut the tails and cut into small, thin half rings.
  5. Cut the greens into small slices and add to the salad.
  6. Now let's start preparing the dressing. Pour mustard into a separate container, pour a little lemon juice. Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste. After that, season with avocado oil (you can use any other). Mix to a homogeneous consistency and add to the salad.
