But, despite the ease of its preparation, the cake turns out amazingly tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of butter;
  • 300 grams of flour;

  • 4 eggs;

  1. We take the butter, which must first be held in the freezer. Rub it on a grater and mix the resulting chips with flour, until crumbs are formed.
  2. Make a small deepening and add sour cream.
  3. Mix soda with vinegar. Add to our future test. Solim.
  4. We form with our hands a lump of dough. We pack it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator. It is advisable for the night, but if you do not have such an opportunity, keep it there for at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut the onion as thin as possible into half rings and pass it in sunflower oil. No need to make it golden: just bring to a softened state. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cheese grated on a coarse grater.
  7. Mix the eggs until smooth. Add greens to them.
  8. We transfer the finished onions to the container while it is hot, add the grated cheese and mix.
  9. After the onions and curds have cooled, add the eggs to them and again mix everything until smooth. The filling is ready.
  10. We take any baking dish and grease it with sunflower oil.
  11. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, cut off a third of it, and roll out the rest.
