- Tomatoes - 1 kilogram;

Step-by-step recipe for tomato puree for the winter
- Completely ripened tomatoes, peel the stems, rinse, cut each into 2-4 parts, put in a prepared container and cook over low heat, stirring with a spoon.
- When the tomatoes have boiled enough, they need to be wiped through a sieve, put back on the fire and cook until a puree is formed from them.
- Salt ready mashed potatoes, cool, transfer to a sterilized glass jar, pour a thin layer of vegetable oil and cork with a lid.
Tomato puree for the winter is different from tomato sauce, because it consists only of tomatoes and its consistency is thicker. This is a very useful winter preparation, it is useful to you for preparing many dishes. And most importantly in tomato puree - it is natural!
